Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth ages 6–24 (in-person or hybrid).
- Deliver at least 22 clinical hours/week for full-time.
- Complete clinical documentation (intakes, notes, treatment plans, etc.) weekly, using our EHR.
- Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture.
- Participate in at least one community engagement activity annually.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required).
- Active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) or registered associate (CSWA, LPC-A, LMFT-A).
- Experience providing therapy to youth and/or families (strongly preferred).
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible team environment.
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000/year
