• Assist in managing and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Participate in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to maintain quality standards.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Engage in hands-on training to develop skills in warehouse management and logistics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving.

• Must be enrolled in a Wisconsin youth apprenticeship or school-work program.

• Must be able to be physically present.

Work Environment:

• You’ll work both indoors (warehouse/showroom) and outdoors (property care, occasional customer deliveries).

Physical Expectations:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely (training will be provided).

• Some bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and moving materials.
