• Manage and organize warehouse inventory to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming materials and products.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Support the team in conducting regular inventory audits and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly, following all guidelines and procedures.

• Must be enrolled in a Wisconsin youth apprenticeship or school-work program.
• Must be able to be physically present

Work Environment:

• You’ll work both indoors (warehouse/showroom) and outdoors (property care, occasional customer deliveries).

Physical Expectations:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely (training will be provided).
• Some bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and moving materials.
