• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing timely solutions.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workshop, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles, identifying potential issues before they become problems.
• Support building maintenance and yard projects, contributing to a well-maintained and functional facility.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately, maintaining clear and organized records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on equipment status and repair timelines.

• Experience in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of equipment, including loaders, grinders, screeners, and conveyors.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, semis, and dump trucks; diesel experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of handling hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs efficiently.
• Ability to conduct routine inspections, fluid changes, and parts replacement to minimize equipment downtime.
• Experience in operating equipment for diagnostic purposes and supporting yard operations; loader experience is a plus.
• Ability to assist with general property maintenance and minor building repairs.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing small engines and motorized equipment effectively.
