Renewed Outdoors, LLC is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team. We are a local landscape supply company serving Perrysburg and the surrounding Northwest Ohio area with bulk and bagged landscape materials, delivery services, and related outdoor products.

This position is full-time for the right candidate. We are willing to train individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within the company.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience operating equipment, supporting yard operations, assisting customers, and helping with deliveries and production work throughout the seasons. The variety of duties requires someone who can adapt to different tasks throughout the day and work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Monday through Friday

• Saturdays as needed during peak spring and summer seasons

• 8–10-hour shifts depending on season and workload

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to reliably commute to Perrysburg, OH

• Ability to perform physical work in varying outdoor conditions throughout the seasons

We are hiring immediately for multiple positions and are looking for individuals who want to grow with the company long-term.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining yard and disposal site areas (brush, leaves, clippings, etc.)
• Loading customer vehicles with mulch, soil, stone, and other materials
• General yard cleanup and organization
• Assisting with product processing and off-site project work during slower seasons
• Operating skid steers, loaders, and other equipment after training
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of grinders and screeners after training
• Assisting customers with product questions and small sales
• Checking in customers and directing traffic within the yard
• Making local deliveries throughout Northwest Ohio (for qualified drivers)
• Performing physical labor, including lifting and carrying 50+ lb bagged materials
• Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or loaders
• Experience working in landscaping, construction, yard operations, or related industries
• CDL or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
