Tint World Columbus is looking for an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.

We are looking for someone who already has professional automotive window tint installation experience and can consistently produce clean, high-quality work. You will work on a wide variety of vehicles, from everyday drivers to new, luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles.

We use premium XPEL window films and provide a professional shop environment, quality tools and equipment, and an established customer base. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow with a busy automotive appearance and protection business.

• Professionally install automotive window film on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles.

• Flat glass tint installation in residential and commercial buildings.

• Complete full-vehicle tint installations, front windows, windshields, sun strips, sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and other automotive glass applications.

• Properly prepare and clean automotive glass before installation to minimize contamination and ensure a high-quality finished product.

• Perform accurate film cutting, shrinking, installation, trimming, and finishing using professional installation techniques.

• Cut film using DAP software and a Graphtec plotter

• Inspect completed installations for contamination, creases, light gaps, edges, bubbles, and other quality concerns before returning vehicles to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized installation area and properly care for tools, equipment, film, and customer vehicles.

• Communicate with management regarding job progress, installation concerns, material needs, and vehicle conditions that could affect installation quality or completion time.

• Support other shop responsibilities (customer service, PPF, wrap, interlock calibrations, etc.)

• 1+ years of professional automotive window tint installation experience preferred.

• Ability to independently complete professional-quality automotive window tint installations.

• Experience installing premium automotive window film in a professional environment.

• Ability to properly shrink and install film on challenging rear windows, windshields, and complex automotive glass.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality work.

• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage installation time efficiently in a busy shop.

• Professional attitude and ability to work carefully around new, luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles.

• Ability to hand-cut is a plus but not required.
