Window & Carpet Cleaning Technician - Premium Residential Service

Picture finishing your day in a stranger's driveway while they thank you for making their home look brand new. That's this job.

As a Window & Carpet Technician, you'll spend your days in beautiful homes across the Treasure Valley. You'll work on a small crew, doing work you can see and be proud of by the end of every visit. Some days are windows inside and out. Other days are carpets, upholstery, and tile and grout.

You'll drive a company vehicle, meet great customers, and go home every evening. No nights, and no sitting at a desk.

Schedule: Full-time, daytime, [Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays in peak season]

In this job, the cleaning is only half the work. The other half is how the customer feels from the moment you pull up to the moment you drive away. In every home, you'll:

• Make a great first impression. Text the customer when you're on your way, arrive on time, and greet them by name in a clean uniform with a smile.

• Listen first. Walk through the home with the customer before you start. Learn what matters most to them, and agree on what "done" looks like.

• Treat their home like your own. Put on shoe covers, lay drop cloths, and protect furniture, floors, landscaping, and pets. Leave every room cleaner than you found it.

• Keep them in the loop. Tell the customer what you're doing, how long it will take, and anything you notice along the way. No one should have to wonder what's happening in their own home.

• Deliver work they can see. Clean windows, carpet, upholstery, and tile and grout to a standard that makes customers want to show it off. Take before and after photos so they can see the difference too.

• Finish with a walkthrough. Show the customer the finished work, ask if everything is right, and fix anything that isn't before you leave.

• Help, don't sell. If you notice something we could help with, such as stained grout, dirty screens, or a house that needs washing, mention it. The customer will appreciate that you noticed.

• Make it easy to come back. Thank every customer, invite them to leave a review, and let them know when their next service is due.

• Handle problems with care. If something goes wrong, own it, tell the customer honestly, and make it right. That's how customers become customers for life.

• Show up ready. Keep your vehicle, equipment, and supplies clean and stocked, so every visit starts well.

We'll train you on the equipment. What we can't train is who you are. You're the right fit if you:

• Are real with people. You tell the truth about your work, even when you missed something.

• Take care of people. You're friendly and calm in someone's home, and you look out for your crew.

• Want to learn and grow. You'd like new skills, and maybe to lead a crew someday.

• Respect what isn't yours. You treat customers' homes and company equipment like your own.

You'll also need:

• Comfort working on ladders and at height.

• The ability to lift 50 pounds and handle hoses and equipment all day.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to pass a background check, since you'll be working inside customers' homes.

• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Window or carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required. A great attitude and a strong work ethic matter more to us than a resume.
