• Take stock of inventory and coordinate with management to order enough for the week & stay within your weekly budget
• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet each morning.
• Ensure breakfast items, including fruits, breads, cereals, pastries, and beverages, are fresh, well-stocked, and attractively presented.
• Clear used dishes, utensils, and tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Monitor food quality and replenish buffet items throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Assist with light kitchen and dining area duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Current food handlers permit
