The Piedmont Group is a non-captive financial services firm specializing in holistic financial planning and wealth management. Advisors maintain ownership of their client relationships and business while benefiting from established infrastructure, operational support, advanced technology, and access to a broad range of financial solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client base
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services
  • Develop customized strategies for investments, retirement, and risk management
  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and support
  • Collaborate with internal specialists in investments, estate planning, and trust services
  • Grow an independent practice while leveraging the firm’s support platform


Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
  • Local candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses prior to onboarding (Life & Health, SIE, Series 66)
  • Previous sales, leadership, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business mindset with a strong desire to grow a business
  • Interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth management
  • Clean Form U4 with no disclosures

Compensation $70,000 – $150,000+, performance and commission-based compensation with substantial long-term earning potential.

Qualifications

Compensation

$70,000 - $150,000/year
