SpinXpress is seeking a dependable WDF Lead to help oversee and carry out our pickup and delivery laundry services. This hands-on position emphasizes quality service, operational consistency, and dependable execution while collaborating closely with management.

In this role, you’ll oversee laundry orders throughout the entire process—from pickup through delivery—while helping coordinate daily operations and following established company procedures. As business demand grows, you’ll also help train and support additional laundry processing team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $28,800 annually
• Part-time hours will fluctuate based on business demand

• Pick up, transport, and deliver customer laundry using a company vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
• Verify that all orders are accurate, properly cleaned, and completed according to scheduled deadlines.
• Work closely with management to coordinate daily production schedules and optimize delivery routes.
• Follow established quality control standards and proper order verification and release procedures.
• Communicate any order issues, delays, or discrepancies to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment within the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies require replenishment.
• Assist with onboarding and training new laundry processing team members as business needs expand.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in wash-and-fold services or similar laundry operations is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Able to lift, carry, and load laundry bags weighing 40–50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is an asset.
• Dependable, punctual, and well organized.
• Motivated to grow within the company, with opportunities to advance into a lead role as the team expands.
