The Shipping & Receiving team runs the day-to-day flow of product through Lindemann’s Albany distribution center, which serves our wholesale customers across the East Coast. You’ll receive inbound freight from vendors and regular truckloads from our Lake Bluff, IL headquarters, ship orders to chimney sweeps, contractors, dealers, and homeowners, and keep inventory accurate in NetSuite so our sales and online teams can count on what’s in stock.

What you’ll do

• Receive vendor shipments and Lake Bluff truckloads, check them against paperwork, note damages or shortages, and record receipts in NetSuite.

• Pick, pack, and ship wholesale, eCommerce, and marketplace orders by parcel, LTL, and freight.

• Manage safety stock and overflow storage, and keep stock locations organized.

• Handle returns, cycle counts, and general warehouse upkeep.

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

• Candidates will need dependable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen/background check.

• Previous work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking with accuracy

• Previous work in a shipping and receiving department
