We're looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Content Creator to work directly with Cameron Moore, the owner of Arena Homebuyers, to build his personal brand and document the behind-the-scenes of growing a real estate investment company.

At Arena Homebuyers, we flip approximately 5 homes per month, and we want to document the entire journey. From buying properties and managing renovations to closing deals, running the team, and scaling the business.

Your job will be to capture the day-to-day action and turn it into engaging long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of the content process, from coming up with ideas and filming to editing and publishing. Someone who understands storytelling, knows what makes content perform, and can help us build a recognizable brand around Cameron Moore and Arena Homebuyers.

Our goal is to document the real journey of building one of the largest homebuying companies in Central Florida, and we want someone who is excited to be part of it.

• 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation.

• Proven ability to film and edit high-quality, long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, hooks, and what makes content engaging.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

• Experience operating professional cameras, microphones, lighting, and other video equipment.

• Strong understanding of YouTube and social media algorithms, trends, and strategies for growing an audience.

• Ability to independently manage the entire content process, from brainstorming and filming to editing and publishing.

• Creative mindset with the ability to recognize content opportunities throughout the workday.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable filming in different environments, including offices, renovation projects, and active construction sites.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Cameron Moore and the Arena Homebuyers team.

• Must be available to work full-time, in person, in Orlando, with the ability to travel locally throughout Central Florida.

• Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous video work, including long-form and short-form content.
