Brand Videographer

The Brand Videographer is responsible for producing high-quality video content that strengthens Bighorn Law’s brand, increases audience trust/interest, and drives case volume. This role blends creative filmmaking with strategic marketing, ensuring every video aligns with Bighorn Law’s messaging, legal compliance standards, and performance goals. The Brand Videographer works closely with the Multimedia Coordinator to bring the firm’s visual identity to life.

Essential Functions

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, paid advertising, the firm website, and podcasts. Content includes attorney messaging, educational FAQs, client testimonials, and community involvement initiatives.

  • Translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant narratives in close partnership with the Multimedia Coordinator.

  • Produce and format both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts) content optimized for platform-specific audiences, while adhering strictly to brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, scripts, staging plans, and detailed shot lists.

  • Manage the firm’s professional filming space and production needs, including the setup, operation, and maintenance of professional lighting, audio, and camera equipment to ensure premium output.

  • Organize raw footage, maintain active project files, and manage a structured, high-functioning video content library for seamless version control and quick team access.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule shoots and deliver finalized multimedia.

  • Complete specialized creative and video projects as assigned by marketing leadership.

  • Skilled at building quick rapport to help people feel confident and authentic on camera.

  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and additional Adobe Creative Cloud video software (such as After Effects for basic motion graphics).

  • Strong, demonstrable understanding of cinematic framing, studio/field lighting, audio capture, composition, and professional camera operations, including static image capture and edits.

  • A proven ability to craft compelling visual stories that build public trust, empathy, and clarity around sensitive legal topics.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots, tight deadlines, and creative revision cycles simultaneously.

  • Coachable, resilient, and comfortable pivoting when goals or strategies evolve.

  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

  • Ability to drive to and attend offsite or after-hours events.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
