Job Description

We are looking to hire one full-time in-house videographer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, versatile professional who can confidently manage the entire video production process, from camera operation and lighting to audio recording, set design, and video editing.

• Operate Sony cameras to capture high-quality video footage for company projects.

• Film interviews, podcast episodes, explainer videos, and other marketing content.

• Capture creative B-roll footage to support storytelling and enhance video production.

• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production sets.

• Apply proper camera settings, exposure, framing, and composition.

• Record and monitor clear, high-quality audio during shoots.

• Shoot in S-Log 3 and ensure proper footage exposure for post-production.

• Edit video footage, including color correction and grading of S-Log 3 footage.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute the desired video style.

• Travel to different cities when required for video shoots.

• Troubleshoot camera, lighting, audio, and other production issues on set.

• Follow creative direction while contributing original ideas to improve video quality.

• Proven professional experience in videography and video production.

• Hands-on experience operating Sony cameras.

• Experience filming interviews, podcasts, and explainer videos.

• Strong B-roll shooting and visual storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of S-Log 3 recording and color grading.

• Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, framing, and composition.

• Proficiency in lighting techniques and production setup.

• Experience with audio recording and monitoring equipment.

• Ability to build and configure professional video production sets.

• Video editing experience using professional editing software.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel to different cities for shoots.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to follow creative direction while bringing fresh ideas to the team.
