Continuum Companies is looking for a Vantaca Implementation Manager to lead the conversion of newly acquired HOA and condominium management companies onto Vantaca. You’ll own each implementation from first assessment through go-live and post-launch stabilization, and you’ll make sure employees, board clients, and vendor partners get through the transition with no disruption to financial or operational continuity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked inside a community association management company and knows Vantaca inside and out. You might have led a conversion before, or you might be the go-to Vantaca person at your current company: the one who builds the workflows, fixes the setup issues, trains new hires, and gets the call when something breaks. Either way, if you’re the person your coworkers rely on for Vantaca, we want to talk to you. You’ll work directly with local brand leadership, accounting teams, vendors, and corporate executives as we keep growing across our portfolio.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Conshohocken, PA office, with regular in-person time at headquarters and at acquired companies in the region. Candidates must live within about an hour’s commute of Conshohocken. We are not considering fully remote candidates for this position.

• Lead Vantaca implementations end to end, from planning through go-live

• Assess acquired companies’ existing systems, workflows, chart of accounts, and data structures to shape the conversion plan

• Build conversion roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for each acquisition

• Coordinate data migration, including homeowner records, balances, prepaids, and security deposits, along with testing and validation

• Configure Vantaca’s financial, reporting, and operational modules to Continuum standards

• Train community managers, accountants, and support staff on Vantaca and new processes

• Write and maintain SOPs and system documentation

• Manage vendor integrations and third-party dependencies (banking, payment processing, lockbox, and similar)

• Track project risks and issues, and drive mitigation

• Give clear, concise status updates to senior leadership

• Support post-launch stabilization, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization

Required Experience

• Deep, hands-on Vantaca experience at a community association management company, whether you’ve led implementations or you’re the recognized Vantaca “super user” on your team who handles configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, and training

• Experience working in HOA, condominium, or co-op management operations

• Solid grasp of association accounting, financial statements, and month-end processes

• Experience with software implementations, conversions, or data migrations

• Proven project management skills and a track record of finishing what you start

• Ability to turn business requirements into system configuration and process design

• Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort working with senior leadership

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

• Must reside within roughly one hour of Conshohocken, PA

Nice to Have

• Experience onboarding new communities or acquired management portfolios

• Background in accounting or finance

• Experience leading training and change management

• Exposure to multi-entity environments or M&A integrations

• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation
