We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. Responsibilities

Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally
Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy
Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage

Qualifications

Valid drivers license

1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED
Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
