Trusts and Estates: Planning, Administration & Litigation Attorney

Associate Attorney Job Description

We are seeking a motivated litigation and estate planning associate (1–6 years of experience).

This position offers the opportunity to actively prepare: create and administer trusts and estates, motions, meet and confer on discovery issues, prepare petitions, litigate cases, take depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial.

About the Firm

A Torrance office, Wickers, Wickers & Admans LLP proudly serves individuals and families throughout the South Bay, Los Angeles, and Orange County, providing counsel in estate planning, probate administration, and trust and estate litigation. We help clients protect family wealth, honor loved ones’ wishes, and resolve inheritance disputes—often working proactively in an effort to prevent conflict before it arises.

Following the distinguished career and retirement of founding attorney Rodney W. Wickers, the firm continues its legacy of excellence under Managing Partner Christina M. Wickers Herman and Partner Alexandra L. Admans. Having worked closely together for more than 13 years, Ms. Herman and Ms. Admans have built a strong partnership grounded in trust, experience, and a shared commitment to exceptional client service.

Our firm combines thoughtful estate planning with courtroom experience, which assists clients in preparing for the future and navigating disputes when they occur.

Our attorneys are supported by paralegals and staff so they can focus on litigation strategy and advocacy.

The firm is expanding, and this position offers meaningful long-term growth potential.
