Our law firm is seeking a trial attorney to represent property owners and landlords in Unlawful Detainer cases. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and experience handling Unlawful Detainers. The trial attorney will appear in court for bench trials, jury trials, and motions.

• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management
• Stay up to date on legal authorities and case law
• Speak with clients to determine case assessment

• Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
• Admission to the California Bar
• Experience in Unlawful Detainers preferred
