We’re hiring a high-level, experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our fast-paced San Diego real estate office. This role requires someone who has at least 2–5 years of experience managing real estate transactions independently - from contract to close - and is confident handling 10–20 files at a time with efficiency and precision.
You’ll be backed by a buyer-side and listing-side virtual assistant, but this role demands leadership, systems thinking, and deep knowledge of California real estate processes. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, catches every detail, and doesn’t need to be trained - we want to talk to you.
Important:
This is not a training role and not for someone new to real estate. You must already know how to manage timelines, disclosures, inspections, and vendor coordination across multiple deals without supervision.
