We are seeking an experienced Tow Dispatcher with a strong background in towing, roadside assistance, emergency response, or transportation dispatching. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-pressure situations in fast-paced environments, making quick and accurate decisions under stress. While prior experience in emergency call centers or dispatch operations is beneficial, it is considered a plus.

Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling demanding customer interactions while maintaining compliance with all legal and operational standards. This role requires minimum dispatching experience in towing or roadside assistance, which is required. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient vehicle recovery operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Take incoming calls for towing services, police impound, accidents, and general inquiries; provide accurate fee information to customers and accounts.

• Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers efficiently using transportation management systems and dispatch software.

• Confirm breakdown locations, vehicle details, and customer contact information; relay critical information to drivers promptly.

• Manage releases and cashier duties for impounded vehicles while handling challenging customers professionally.

• Process impound paperwork, ensuring compliance with all towing and impoundment laws.

• Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping, billing, collections, and documentation.

• Oversee abandoned vehicle management and ensure proper reporting.

• Maintain cash deposits and financial records accurately.

• Experience in towing or roadside assistance dispatching for at least one year.

• Ability to efficiently coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers using transportation management systems.

• Proven track record of managing high-pressure situations and making quick, accurate decisions.

• Strong organizational skills to handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and billing.

• Excellent communication skills to relay critical information to drivers and customers.

• Experience in handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

• Knowledge of towing and impoundment laws to ensure compliance in all operations.
