FirstSource Title is seeking a seasoned professional who has a deep understanding of Real Estate Title and Curative. This role is critical to ensuring clean, insurable title while guiding both internal teams and external partners through complex curative matters. Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging between $70,000 - $85,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Review and resolve complex title issues to ensure insurability
• Provide clear guidance and requirements to internal title teams and external clients
• Handle a high volume of files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, escrow, and legal teams to move files to closing
• Serve as a subject matter expert on escalated and complex transactions

• 8–10+ years of title industry experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a Title Insurance Underwriter or Curative Lead
• Prior experience as the lead or primary underwriter for a national title agency or title insurance company
• Strong expertise in advanced curative matters, including: Trusts, Corporate documents, Probates, Bankruptcies, Divorces
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain underwriting requirements to both internal teams and external customers
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
