As a Title Curative Specialist at FirstSource Title Agency, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of property titles, identifying any issues or discrepancies, and taking proactive steps to resolve them. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, to gather necessary information and ensure the timely resolution of title defects. Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

• Conduct thorough reviews of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies
• Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, and surveys, to determine ownership and resolve title defects
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, to gather necessary information and resolve title issues
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to correct title defects, such as affidavits, quitclaim deeds, and corrective instruments
• Assist in preparing loan policies and owner’s policies to ensure accurate and timely issuance
• Collaborate with title examiners, underwriters, and attorneys to resolve complex title issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all title curative activities
