LINKED Permanent Jewelry Training
Winter Garden, Florida | Full Time / Contract | On-Site

LINKED Permanent Jewelry Training is looking for a confident, engaging, and sales-minded TikTok Live and Webinar Host to become an on-camera personality for our growing brand.

This is not a traditional influencer position, and a large social following is not required.

We are looking for someone who can turn on a camera, connect with an audience, explain products and business opportunities in an engaging way, think on their feet, and confidently encourage viewers to take action.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is extremely comfortable speaking on camera

• Has an engaging, approachable personality

• Can comfortably host a 60–90 minute live presentation

• Communicates naturally rather than sounding scripted

• Thinks quickly and handles unexpected questions well

• Can create excitement without being overly aggressive

• Is comfortable asking viewers to make a purchase or take the next step

• Is coachable and comfortable receiving performance feedback

• Is dependable, punctual, prepared, and professional

• Lives within reasonable driving distance of Winter Garden, Florida

• Has some evening and weekend availability
  

Permanent jewelry experience is not required. We will teach you our products and industry.

Compensation

This is a paid opportunity with the potential for:

• Base compensation per scheduled live or hosting session

• Performance-based bonuses

• Sales incentives

• Additional paid content-creation opportunities

Compensation will be based on experience, availability, responsibilities, and demonstrated on-camera ability.

High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to become a recurring on-camera personality for LINKED.

We're looking for personality, communication skills, confidence, authenticity, and the ability to sell.

Follower count is not a requirement.

What You'll Do

You will work from our Winter Garden location to:

• Host LINKED's live online webinars and presentations

• Host TikTok Lives and live shopping events

• Present permanent jewelry products, equipment, starter kits, chains, charms, tools, supplies, and special promotions

• Explain the permanent jewelry business opportunity to prospective students and forward-thinkers

• Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time

• Follow established presentation and sales frameworks while maintaining a natural, conversational delivery

• Communicate pricing, promotions, financing/payment options, and calls to action

• Participate in short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other LINKED platforms

• Assist with product launches, special events, and promotional campaigns

• Learn LINKED's products, programs, brand, and customer experience

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• TikTok Live

• TikTok Shop

• Livestream selling

• UGC/content creation

• Webinar hosting

• Product demonstrations

• Retail or direct sales

• Public speaking

• Acting or performance

• Podcasting, broadcasting, or hosting
