We’re seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire individuals who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. Remote Opportunity after training and licensing. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!!

Responsibilities
- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
Qualifications
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000/year
