A-Players Only!

At Onesta General Contracting, we don't just build projects — we build trust, strong teams, and results we're proud of.

We start strong, finish strong, and take full ownership of our work — approaching every job with respect, preparation, and honest execution. We operate as a high-accountability team where people show up prepared, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering quality work on schedule. Our name comes from onesta (honesty), and we live that out on every jobsite.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to take full ownership of field execution on our commercial and multifamily projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — you're the person subs and crews look to for direction, the one who keeps the schedule moving, and the one who makes sure the work is done right the first time.

This role is built for someone who thrives at a smaller company — where your decisions actually move the needle, you're not buried in red tape, and you have real ownership over how a jobsite runs. You'll partner closely with our project management team, but on-site, the buck stops with you.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance

  • A steady pipeline of commercial and multifamily work across the Puget Sound

  • Clear expectations and organized project management systems supporting your fieldwork

  • Real ownership of the jobsite — not just executing someone else's plan

  • A professional, respectful environment

  • Leadership that supports your growth and values accountability and results

Site Leadership & Execution

  • Serve as the on-site leader for subcontractors and internal field teams

  • Own the project schedule and drive work to completion on time and to standard

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all phases of construction

  • Enforce quality expectations — work is done right the first time

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times

  • Proactively identify issues, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward

Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain detailed daily logs (BuilderTrend) documenting progress, manpower, materials, and issues

  • Forecast and manage labor and material needs

  • Coordinate closely with project management on submittals, RFIs, and material procurement timelines

  • Communicate schedule and field progress clearly to the project management team and client/building management as needed

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

  • Lead weekly safety meetings and contribute to Superintendent leadership meetings

Multi-Site Oversight

  • Oversee multiple active job sites across the Puget Sound as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (TI and/or multifamily)

  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion on schedule without sacrificing quality

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site management

  • Ability to run job sites independently with minimal oversight

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with subs, crews, project managers, and clients

  • Experience with construction management software (BuilderTrend or similar)

  • Proficiency with basic tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

  • Valid Washington State Driver's License with a clean record

What Defines an A-Player in This Role

  • You start strong and finish strong — no drop-off at the end of a project

  • You take full ownership of the schedule and the outcome — problems get solved, not passed off

  • You prepare ahead and run organized, efficient job sites

  • You hold subcontractors accountable without creating unnecessary conflict

  • You communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully — with your crew, your PM, and clients

  • You take pride in delivering clean, complete, high-quality, on-schedule projects

Compensation

$80,000 - $130,000 yearly
