Keller Williams Realty Centre is hiring a Tech Trainer to support our real estate agents through onboarding, technology training, and ongoing systems support.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the agent experience, helping new and experienced agents confidently use our tools, stay organized in our systems, and operate at a high level. You’ll combine technical know-how with people skills to ensure agents feel supported, trained, and set up for success.

This is a fast-paced, service-driven role with strong growth potential for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations, training, or leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive starting salary: $42,000–$51,000
  • Bonus structure after 1 year

Responsibilities

You’ll play a hands-on role in helping agents succeed by:

  • Training agents on company tech tools, platforms, and systems
  • Hosting onboarding sessions and ongoing workshops
  • Introducing updates, features, and best practices in a clear, approachable way
  • Coordinating memberships, onboarding processes, and system access
  • Building and maintaining organized, efficient internal systems
  • Providing responsive, friendly day-to-day tech support
  • Partnering with leadership to improve processes and agent experience
  • Taking ownership of projects that improve speed, clarity, and efficiency

Qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 1–2+ years of office, customer service, or operations experience
  • Are comfortable with technology (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Enjoy helping people learn and solve problems
  • Are highly organized and reliable with follow-through
  • Communicate clearly and patiently, even under pressure
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Compensation

$42,000 - $51,000/year
