Per Diem Tax Preparer

CPA firm located on the North Shore in Lynnfield, MA, is seeking a seasoned tax preparer to work 15-40 hours per week during tax season with our team. Potential continuation after tax season.

This position offers a flexible seasonal schedule that will accommodate your quality of life. We seek a person who enjoys preparing individual tax returns and working with our professional team. Preparation of entity tax returns is a plus.

• Prepare individual income tax returns; interact with team members and clients to analyze and resolve accounting and tax issues.

• Communicate with clients to obtain information to prepare tax returns.

• Candidates must have 5+ years' experience preparing individual income tax returns.

• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Bachelor of Science degree.

• Must be familiar and comfortable with individual income tax form preparation, working with clients and tax documents, and be proficient with the latest technology.

• Experience with Lacerte tax software and an Enrolled Agent designation is a plus.
