We’re Growing Faster Than We Can Hire

In 2008, former prosecutor Adam Rossen started Rossen Law Firm with one purpose: to help good people when bad things happen so they can achieve their best future. More than 3,700 closed cases later, that is still the job. What has changed is the size of the team doing it, and how fast it is growing.

This fall we move into our new 6,000-square-foot headquarters in Boca Raton. We bought the building. It has room for the team we are building, a video studio, and space to host events for the legal community. Our Fort Lauderdale office stays. Next, we are opening staffed Rossen Law Firm offices in new markets across Florida. Every new office starts with a great lawyer, and some of those lawyers will bring their whole teams with them.

That adds up to 20 or more new people over the next 12 months. Today our leaders recruit between everything else. Searches wait, and great candidates take other offers. We need one person who owns finding people, winning them over, and setting them up to succeed.

• Recruiting experience for professional roles, including hires you found who never applied.

• Attorney or licensed professional recruiting is a strong plus.

• You run several searches at once and keep one clean pipeline.

• You will tell a hiring leader their favorite candidate is wrong, and explain why.

• HR administration experience. Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.

• You want to build something, and you plan to be here in five years to see it.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on the value you bring to the firm. Health insurance with a choice of plans, paid vacation, and a 401(k) with a 3% guaranteed payment.
