As a Store Manager at Goodwill Industries of Michiana, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our retail store, ensuring both operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities

Lead safety initiatives, maintain a clean and compliant store environment, and promote a customer-friendly atmosphere
Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that enhance sales, efficiency, and the overall customer experience
Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators to support goal achievement and proactively address challenges
Develop and deliver performance reports to leadership, highlighting insights, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Improve operational processes, minimize waste, and apply industry best practices to enhance store performance

Qualifications

A clear and effective communicator who can present complex ideas and collaborate across functions
A Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust approaches in response to evolving priorities and technologies
A detail-oriented leader who can manage complex workflows, track metrics, and keep things running smoothly
Experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and motivating employees to achieve performance goals
