• Ensure the safety of all personnel by maintaining a vigilant watch over operations and identifying potential hazards.

• Collaborate closely with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with drivers and equipment operators to coordinate movements and prevent accidents.

• Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and correctly.

• Participate in safety training sessions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• One year of previous experience working around heavy machinery.

• Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.

• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promote the Company’s safety standards; work with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.

• Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must pass background and pre-employment drug screening.
