• Guide vehicle drivers to designated areas, ensuring adherence to the site fill plan and safety protocols.
• Inspect incoming loads meticulously to identify and remove unacceptable waste before disposal.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Perform regular site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Assist in yard work and building maintenance tasks as needed to support overall site operations.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly to the site supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to improve site processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of previous experience working around heavy machinery.
• Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
