South Florida Autism Center, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to provide therapy in an after-school clinic to individuals diagnosed with autism who are ages 3 and older.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour

• Benefits: This position does not include benefits or paid time off.

Job Duties

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Implement treatment plans designed to improve communication, language, and functional skills.

• Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with therapists, staff, and families to support individual therapy goals.

Requirements

• Current Florida license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

• Experience working with children and/or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening.
