  • Coach our proven group fitness training program

  • Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership
  • Deliver physically demanding classes while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe
  • Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies
  • Remind and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices by encouraging them to keep up their exercise routines
  • Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests

  • Physically fit in order to properly demonstrate exercises

  • Strong desire to help others achieve their goals

  • Always wearing a smile

  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
  • Currently certified as a fitness instructor
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
  • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

Compensation

$25 - $40 hourly

Kvell Fitness is a strength and conditioning company focused on helping adults and athletes build strength, improve performance, and increase long-term health through professionally coached training. We provide science-based group and semi-private training in a high-energy, supportive environment that emphasizes coaching quality, accountability, and real results.

Our programs are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels while maintaining a strong focus on movement quality, progressive training, and long-term development. We work with everyone from beginners looking to improve their health to experienced athletes seeking higher performance.
