Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory and Price Lists within Quickbooks Desktop
- Generate Proposals, Order Confirmations, and Invoices within Quickbooks Desktop
- Create Purchase Orders and Track Delivery within Quickbooks Desktop
- Work Together with the Sales Manager to Promote Sales/Customer Service
Qualifications
- Spare Parts Drawings/Schematics Experience Preferred
- Quickbooks Desktop Experience Preferred, however not required
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
Compensation
$40,000 - $40,000/year
