We’re seeking a positive, personable Spare Parts Assistant for a rewarding career opportunity! Responsibilities

Manage Inventory and Price Lists within Quickbooks Desktop
Generate Proposals, Order Confirmations, and Invoices within Quickbooks Desktop
Create Purchase Orders and Track Delivery within Quickbooks Desktop
Work Together with the Sales Manager to Promote Sales/Customer Service

Qualifications

Spare Parts Drawings/Schematics Experience Preferred
Quickbooks Desktop Experience Preferred, however not required
Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

Compensation

$40,000 - $40,000/year
