• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop new menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
• Manage kitchen operations during the Executive Chef's absence, ensuring continuity and quality control.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of culinary supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar environment.
• A positive, team-focused leader who enjoys developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory, and cost control.
• Food Safety/Food Handler certification preferred or required as applicable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
