Solar Impact Inc. is searching for an experienced Solar Installer / Electrician to join our Operations Team. The person in this role is responsible for efficiently installing solar and electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). • Ability to read construction drawings

• Working knowledge of digital devices and programs

• Meet attendance and punctuality requirements set by Solar Impact
• Work overtime, nights, and weekends when necessary to meet project demands
• Travel and work out of town as needed

• 3 to 5 years of prior electrical experience or participation in the Electrical Apprentice program strongly preferred
• A valid driver's license and insurability are required
• Must reside in the greater Gainesville area
• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must be capable of working at great heights
• Able to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb ladders for prolonged periods
• Must be able to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
• Must comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
• Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures
• Availability to work overtime and weekends is required
• Must be safety-conscious and continuously work in a manner that prevents accidents
