Want to be the face of a real estate reality show? The Carol Royse Team is launching its own social media reality series, with plans to take it to TV ads in the next 1 to 2 years, and we're looking for a content creator who can both film the story and star in it.

You'll capture the real life of a third-generation family real estate team: listing appointments, open houses, closings, team meetings, wins, and behind-the-scenes moments. You'll turn it into episodes and short-form clips, step in front of the camera as a host, and become a personality our audience follows.

This is a salary plus real estate commission role, so you get paid to create, and you get paid when your audience turns into clients. If you're a natural on camera, can shoot and edit on your own, and want to help build a show from the ground up, we want to meet you.

• Film the day-to-day life of our team, including listing appointments, open houses, trainings, team meetings, and closings

• Edit raw footage into reality-style episodes and short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

• Appear on camera as a host, interviewing agents and clients and leading recurring segments

• Plan story arcs, content calendars, and series ideas with leadership

• Grow our audience and engagement across all social platforms

• Turn followers and viewers into real estate clients and earn commission on the deals you help bring in

• Help build the content library that will power our future TV ad campaign

• Confident and natural on camera with a personality people want to follow

• Portfolio or social channel showing content you've created and grown

• Able to shoot and edit independently using a phone, camera, CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

• Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling

• Comfortable working around clients and capturing real moments respectfully

• Licensed Arizona real estate agent, or willing to get licensed (we'll help you get there)

• Self-starter who can handle a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule
