Candidates should be well-versed in establishing brand identity, have experience creating optimized content across multiple social media platforms, and have deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends and current influencers in our industry. Daily:
- Track Billy's schedule and identify real-time content moments
- Capture behind-the-scenes clips, stories, and short videos during calls, meetings, and events
- Post manually on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (posts and videos), and LinkedIn
- Create content, write captions, and select hashtags
- Respond to comments, messages, and ManyChat conversations
- Engage with followers and monitor conversations
- Watch trends and competition, and incorporate them into the plan to drive growth
- Dial in on our target audience and research what is working
- Track daily analytics and note what is working
- Edit short videos or simple graphics when needed
Weekly:
- Plan and schedule content for the week
- Build and update the weekly content calendar
- Review weekly analytics and adjust content based on performance
- Run active boosts on testing content
- Promote and support events, trainings, books, and mastermind promotions
- Keep asset libraries organized and updated
Monthly:
- Produce detailed monthly performance reports with wins, losses, and improvement plans
- Join monthly strategy meetings
- Review content themes, plan upcoming topics, and identify key platform opportunities
- Document monthly improvements and propose new ideas
Yearly:
- Set yearly growth goals for each platform
- Support and help build large promotions for major events, trainings, and launches
- Strengthen brand positioning across all platforms by keeping content authentic to Billy Cox
- Produce an annual report covering growth, performance, and next steps
- Reach out to relevant social media influencers and research new media opportunities in our industry
- Run our social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
- Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content
- Work with the social media manager to establish our brand’s online identity
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Graphic design and Canva experience required
- Skilled with basic video editing
- Ability to post fast in real time
- Clear writing for captions and community responses
- Experience with content calendars and basic analytics
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter who brings solutions
- Passion-driven and eager to learn
- Growth-minded with a habit of documenting monthly improvements
- Available full-time in the office Monday through Friday
- Flexible on hours as needed for events and key dates
- Open to occasional travel
- Manual posting during the week, weekend scheduling done inside native apps only
KPIs and Performance:
- Daily engagement and responsiveness
- Weekly follower growth and reach
- Monthly analytics improvement
- Year-over-year audience growth and campaign results
- Quarterly performance reviews and bonuses tied to hitting key targets
- Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video
- Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media strategist
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Applicant should be a strong project manager with excellent communication skills and time management skills
Compensation
$55,000
