• Work with our team to efficiently remodel our recently purchased homes
• Must have own set of basic tools, and skill-specific equipment provided by the company for use
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Framing
• Installing trim and baseboards
• Drywall Hanging
• Minor Painting
• Installing tile bath surrounds
• Installing vinyl plank flooring
• Installing doors and windows

• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in your approach
• Must be open to coaching
• Must have exceptional problem-solving skills
• Confidence in your ability to work with a new team
• Self-directed
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with great time management skills

• Must have own transportation to get to job sites
