This hands-on role combines shop production with installation at customer locations. You’ll work with different materials, tools, and projects—from storefront signs and wall graphics to vehicle graphics and custom signage. It’s a chance to put your craftsmanship to work and help turn a client’s idea into something people see every day.

What you’ll do

You’ll help bring projects to life from production through installation:

• Produce signs and graphics. Operate large-format printers, plotters, and laminators, and prepare print files for accurate sizing, color, and alignment.

• Build and finish projects. Cut, drill, and assemble materials such as aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, and wood. Apply graphics and lettering with a clean, professional finish.

• Install your work. Install signs and graphics on storefronts, walls, vehicles, and other surfaces, making sure everything is aligned and securely mounted.

• Keep quality high. Check finished work, handle routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot minor production issues.

• Work safely and professionally. Use tools, ladders, and lifts safely, collaborate with teammates, and represent Image360 well at customer locations.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in a job done well, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with a team.

• Experience in sign production, installation, or a related hands-on trade is preferred.

• Confidence using hand and power tools, along with practical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate to keep projects moving.

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors or at heights as projects require.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Helpful experience: Large-format printers, plotters, laminators, sign materials, vinyl application, or fabrication equipment. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Onyx RIP is a bonus, but isn’t required.
