We're a busy, creative sign and graphics shop looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Production Coordinator who can help keep our daily production running smoothly while actively working on projects.

This is primarily a hands-on position, with additional responsibility for organizing workflow, tracking jobs, and keeping projects moving toward completion.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates problems, and can manage daily priorities without constant direction. Experience in sign production, manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar environment is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person on our equipment and processes.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with regular daytime hours.

• Produce and finish signs and graphics through cutting, laminating, mounting, and assembly.

• Operate and learn production equipment, including our Zünd digital cutter, laminators, and other machinery.

• Organize daily production priorities, monitor job progress, and help keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to resolve questions and prevent delays.

• Anticipate material needs, identify shortages, and communicate purchasing needs to management.

• Monitor overall production quality, identify problems, and help ensure work is completed correctly.

• Take initiative to improve workflow, assist with installations and vehicle graphics as needed, and maintain an organized, safe shop.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools and production equipment.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and pride in quality workmanship.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with coworkers.

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, CNC equipment, or sign production preferred.

• Willingness to learn new equipment, software, and production processes.

• Comfortable with physical production work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working on ladders, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
