The Hotel Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests between the hotel and locations such as airports and nearby attractions. Duties include assisting guests with luggage, greeting passengers, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and ensuring the shuttle remains clean and properly maintained.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, strong driving abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Transportation Services: Operate hotel vehicles safely to transport guests to/from airports, train stations, local attractions, or businesses.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with loading/unloading luggage, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (e.g., checking oil, tires), keep the vehicle interior/exterior clean, and fuel the shuttle.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and, if required, DOT regulations.
• Communication & Logistics: Coordinate with dispatchers or front desk staff, manage schedules, and report any incidents or maintenance needs promptly.

• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (abstract).
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, professional driving, or customer service is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a polite, patient demeanor.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move luggage (often up to 50 lbs).
• Extended periods of sitting, driving, and assisting passengers.
