The auto sales job responsibilities include managing a customer database, greeting showroom visitors, facilitating test drives, collaborating with our sales manager, conducting follow-ups, and more! Responsibilities

  • Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy
  • Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies
  • Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
  • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory
  • Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
  • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred

Compensation

$50,000 - $150,000/year
