Medawar’s Fine Jewelry is hiring two Part-Time Pandora Shop-in-Shop Sales Associates to join our team at our Fenton & Flint Township locations, one of the busiest independent Pandora retailers in the nation.

We’re looking for warm, energetic individuals who love jewelry, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Pandora Sales Associate, you’ll help customers celebrate life’s special moments through meaningful jewelry, while providing exceptional service that reflects Medawar’s longstanding reputation for excellence.

• Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Create an exceptional in-store experience through attentive service and thoughtful recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle basic POS functions
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations during mid-day and evening shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Upbeat, positive, and energetic personality
• Must love working with beautiful products and creating memorable experiences
• Experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
• Passion for helping clients celebrate life’s special moments with Pandora jewelry
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs
