The Shop Helper supports daily operations in a small workshop, reporting to the Shop Manager. This role assists with sandblasting, powder coating, material handling, tool organization, equipment support, order preparation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Handle and organize materials throughout the workshop.

• Maintain orderly tool storage and availability.

• Clean and maintain the shop environment.

• Assist with equipment operation and support.

• Prepare orders accurately for fulfillment.

• Perform basic quality checks on materials and orders.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and requirements.

Preferred

• Entry-level experience in shop operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with hand tool operation and material handling.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and equipment maintenance.

• Understanding of quality inspection practices.

• Teamwork and time management skills.
