Every great building has one person who makes sure it all comes together. When the lights come on in the morning, the client never thinks about the cleaning because you already did.

As a Janitorial Building Lead, you'll run one of our commercial buildings in Boise. You'll lead a small evening crew and work right alongside them. You'll train new team members, check the work, and fix problems before the client ever sees them. It's the next step for someone who's already great at cleaning and ready to lead people.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Weekends are yours.
Hours: Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week

You'll lead by example and own the results in your building:

• Lead the crew. Assign areas, start each shift on time, and work alongside your team every night.

• Train new team members. Show them the building, the checklist, and our standards, and pair them with a buddy for their first week. Help them want to stay.

• Own the quality. Walk the building during and after the shift, and use OrangeQC inspections to catch problems before the client does.

• Close the loop on complaints. When a client reports an issue, respond fast, fix it with the crew, and follow up to make sure it stayed fixed.

• Keep hours honest. Make sure everyone clocks in to the right job code every shift. Work the scope in the hours budgeted.

• Manage supplies. Keep the closet stocked to set levels, order before you run out, and look after equipment so it lasts.

• Protect the building. Follow security, alarm, and key procedures exactly, every time.

• Communicate up. Tell your supervisor about staffing gaps, safety concerns, and anything the client should know about.

• Coach, don't just correct. Recognize good work out loud, and talk to people early when something slips.

You'll also need:

• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience. Experience leading or training others is a plus.

• Reliable, dependable attendance. Your crew counts on you to be there.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• A smartphone for timekeeping, inspections, and crew communication.

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.

• Willingness to pass a background check.

• Legal authorization to work in the US.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
