We are seeking a Post-Resolution Case Manager (Settlement & Disbursement Coordinator) for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm.

Are you detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and confident in negotiating reductions? Join our dedicated team as a Post-Resolution Case Manager, where you'll help wrap up their Personal Injury case after settlement.

The Post-Resolution Case Manager role is a full-time, in-person position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Contact medical providers and insurance companies to confirm balances

• Negotiate reductions on medical bills and liens

• Coordinate signatures and final documents

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients

• Track outstanding items and follow up persistently

• Ensure accurate, timely disbursements

• Strong attention to detail

• Solid analytical and math skills

• Professional and confident on the phone

• Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills

• Friendly, empathetic, and client-centered approach

• Previous experience in personal injury law, insurance claims, or medical billing is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with case management software (we use Filevine) is a plus
