- Supervise the projects your team of technicians is working on
- Inspect the company’s tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Arrange technician training programs, mentorship, and guidance
- Implement workplace policies and standards
- Liaise with technicians, customers, and senior management
- Proven interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a technician in related field required
- 1+ years of experience as a technician supervisor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
$80,000+ yearly
