As a Field Service Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of equipment in various settings. You diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct regular maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you often work directly in the field, tackling challenges head-on and providing solutions on-site. Your ability to adapt to different environments and troubleshoot effectively is key to success in this position.
  • Resolve customer concerns by effectively explaining service procedures
  • Observe safety procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Identify and fix equipment problems to maintain peak performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage team schedules to ensure timely completion of service calls
  • Spot process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to boost service quality
  • Ability to navigate software and systems relevant to the industry
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Adept at independently managing responsibilities and using time wisely
  • Adept at troubleshooting and articulating ideas
  • Minimum of three years in field service roles

Compensation

$70,000 - $110,000 yearly
