Responsibilities

Clarify service procedures to customers and ensure their concerns are addressed
Log maintenance activities and ensure records are accurate for later reference
Examine and address equipment concerns to sustain top performance and fulfill customer expectations
Oversee the scheduling and execution of service calls with team input

Qualifications

Experience in self-directed work and effective time allocation
Hold a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Adept at troubleshooting and articulating ideas
Knowledgeable in diagnostic tools and equipment usage

Compensation

$25 - $32 hourly
