We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for commercial and residential customers while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in solving problems and completing every job with professionalism and attention to detail.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Troubleshoot and repair water supply, drain, waste, vent, gas, and piping systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes.

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial sewer and septic systems as required.

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on plumbing systems.

• Prepare material lists, service documentation, and repair estimates.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommended solutions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This position is safety-sensitive.

• Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Previous experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing is preferred.

• Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License, or the ability to obtain one, is preferred (if applicable).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held.
