Our busy auto service and performance center is seeking a capable, highly organized Automotive Service Advisor for a full-time role. We take pride in running a positive, fast-paced shop culture—we work hard, take care of our customers, and leave the workplace drama at the door.

This is a Salary + Commission position with a heavy backlog of work already lined up—meaning your earning potential is completely unlimited.   • Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians
  • Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
  • Lead vehicle pick-up efforts by coordinating efforts with auto service porters and customers
  • Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner
  • Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointments for vehicle repairs
  • Ability to communicate complex automotive concepts in a clear and understandable way to customers.

  • Knowledge and a passion for high-performance and racing modifications are a plus

  • Strong organizational skills to manage service department schedules and appointments efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft and review service documents accurately.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with service technicians and auto service porters.

  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools for scheduling and documentation purposes.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
  • Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory
  • Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred
  • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral

Compensation

$65,000+
